APPLICATION FOR BOARD OR COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP
Below you will find an application form for board or committee membership in the Town of Hamilton. Please fill in the information on the form and, if possible, attach a current resume.
If you are appointed, information from this application will be used to contact you (in case of meeting cancellation, etc.) and to forward committee material. Please do not offer information on this application you would prefer we not use (i.e., your work phone number or fax numbers).
Applications will be kept on file and considered as vacancies occur. All applicants are strongly encouraged to attend a regularly scheduled meeting of the board or committee for which they are applying.
