Planning Board

The Planning Board is responsible for administering the Subdivision Control Law and updating the Master Plan.  It is Special Permit Granting Authority for several Special Permits under the Zoning Bylaw; and serves in an advisory capacity for Site Plan Review.  The Planning Board Office is located on the second floor of Town Hall, and is open on a part-time basis.  Please call for office hours.
