Zoning Board of Appeals

The Hamilton Zoning Board of Appeals hears and decides appeals and petitions for variances and special permits from regulations governing dimensions of yards and areas and all other regulations stipulated under the Zoning By-Law and Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 41, s81. 

The ZBA meets the first Wednesday of every month. Anyone with questions for the Board should contact Deb Paskowski in the Building Department at 978-468-5585 or dpaskowski@hamiltonma.gov.
