Public Code / Zoning Development Workshop September 30th @ HW Library

This workshop will offer an opportunity to understand and share feedback on a draft framework for the Town Center Form-Based Code. The framework will include suggested boundaries, sub-districts, and a preliminary approach that would enable the Town to meet the State’s 3A requirements through a separate zoning article. Beyond seeking input on this draft framework, we will also seek input on initial ideas for the next phase of work which will focus on how future Town Center buildings should relate to key streets and to one another.
