The Select Board of the Town of Hamilton will be conducting a Public Hearing with the Board of Assessors as part of its regular agenda on Monday, December 2, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Hamilton Wenham Public Meeting room at the Hamilton Wenham Public Library, 14 Union St.
The hearing is required by Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40, Section 56, as amended. The subject of the hearing concerns the allocation of the local property tax levy among five property classes, as defined in Section 2-A of M.G.L. Ch. 59, for fiscal year 2025.
