As of December 2018 there is a new application for the installation of a Generator which should be submitted along with the Electrical and/or Gas Permit Application.

For all Plumbing & Gas Fitting Applications: Please include a copy of current license(s) and the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Affidavit Form (insurance information does not need to be included)
