At the Annual Town Meeting on April 6, voters overwhelmingly authorized the town to hire a consultant to work on a Town Center Plan.
Utile, a zoning and design firm, has been engaged and will soon be kicking off its efforts to engage the community in work that will produce a proposed design and form-based zoning code to allow Hamilton to remain compliant with the MBTA Communities Law (Section 3A).
Residents are encouraged to look for opportunities to engage in this process in the coming weeks and months.
