About

The Planning and Land Use Department ensures the thoughtful development and preservation of the Town of Hamilton. Planning Director Mark Connors works with the Planning Board, the Affordable Housing Trust, developers, Town boards and committees, and the public, to ensure the town follows Massachusetts General Laws and the Town of Hamilton Zoning Bylaws.

Roles and Responsibilities

The responsibility of the Planning Board is to guide the growth and development of the Town of Hamilton in a way that best serves residents consistent with the Town’s Comprehensive Plan. The Planning Board works in collaboration with the Planning Director Mark Connors with administrative support provided by Administrative Assistant Mary-Ellen L. Feener.
