Town Manager
Under the direction of the Select Board, the Town Manager serves as the chief administrative staff person and is responsible for on-going project management and implementation of Select Board policy decisions. The Town Manager fosters and promotes effective working relationships within all Town boards, departments, commissions and committees and is accountable for all Town functions under the jurisdiction of the Select Board. The Town Manager also provides administrative direction and control over department heads and staff as authorized by the Select Board. Appointments with the Town Manager are recommended.

Bobby Gates helps shape the town’s digital voice and online presence. Part of the Town Manager’s Office Communications team, Bobby helps curate content for the town’s official social media accounts.

The Town Manager’s Office is located in Town Hall. (Currently, Town Hall administrative offices are located at the Patton Homestead, 650 Asbury St. Hamilton, during Town Hall/Bay Rd. renovations). Appointments are recommended.
