Note: All Zoning Amendments approved at the April 2025 Annual Town Meeting, except for Article 4-5 relating to ADUs, have been approved by the Attorney General and are now effective. Article 4-5 is still pending review by the Attorney General. The full Zoning Bylaw will be updated when the review of Article 4-5 is completed, anticipated in September 2025.
