UPDATE on 6/12/25 from DPW Director: Bridge Street paving work has been pushed out a few days due to recent weather. Project will start Monday 6/16.
As part of the Town of Hamilton’s 2025 Road Improvement Program, the Department of Public Works (DPW) announces a roadway pavement project on Bridge Street and Greenbrook Road. The Town has contracted D&R Paving, Inc. to carry out the work. Paving is scheduled to begin the week of June 9, 2025.
PAVING SCHEDULE

Bridge Street (School Street to Essex Street)
Work is scheduled to begin the week of *June 9, 2025, and is expected to be completed within approximately two weeks. (*Project update: June 16th) -
Greenbrook Road (Between #37 and #51 Greenbrook Road)
Work will begin following the completion of Bridge Street, with an estimated duration of two weeks.
Please note that schedule is subject to change based on weather conditions or unforeseen delays and timeline completion questions should be directed to the Department of Public Works.
TRAFFIC IMPACTS
Detours and temporary road closures will be required to safely and efficiently complete this work. Residents and motorists are encouraged to plan accordingly and seek alternate routes when possible.
