Hamilton Department of Public Works Announcement:
Due to structural deficiencies outlined in the latest MassDOT bridge inspection, the Winthrop Street Bridge will be closed to vehicular traffic starting August 9th until further notice. MassDOT has informed the town that the Winthrop Street Bridge is listed for a full replacement in 2025. Please contact the Hamilton DPW at 978 626 5227 if you have any questions.
