Exterior Building Lighting Conversion to LED
Project Overview
In an effort to reduce municipal energy usage and improve area lighting, the Town of Hamilton is conducting an exterior lighting retrofit to LED at the Town Hall and the Public Safety Building. Fixtures to be replaced include parking lot lighting, exterior flood lights, and other decorative lighting.
Funding
This project is 75% funded with a Green Communities Grant through the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources. Hamilton was eligible to apply for the funding due to its status as a designated Green Community, achieved in 2010. Below is a table showing the project financials:
