RECREATION DEPARTMENT POLICIES
Classes that do not attain the minimum enrollment will be cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date, unless other accommodations have been made. If the program is cancelled you will receive a full refund. The Hamilton Wenham Recreation Department reserves the right to reschedule or change classes. You will be notified via email or phone call if your class is cancelled, otherwise plan on attending
We DO NOT provide confirmations for program registrations. You will be alerted if a class is filled and you will be placed on the waiting list. Otherwise, plan on attending
All classes (day and evening) will be cancelled when Hamilton Wenham Regional Schools are closed, unless otherwise noted. Participants will be notified via email or phone call is the program is cancelled
MAKE UP CLASSES
All attempts will be made to reschedule classes that have been cancelled due to inclement weather or instructor absence. We are not responsible for making up classes that are missed due to the participants inability to attend.
You are urged to register as soon as possible. Classes are filled on a first come first served basis. If your class is filled, you will be placed on a waiting list.
NON RESIDENT FEES
Unless otherwise noted all programs are available for non-residents. Non-residents will be charged a $5 fee per program.
PARTICIPANT PHOTOGRAPH POLICY
Periodically, the Recreation Department photographs/videotapes program participants for promotional use. Unless the participant/guardian informs us of their desire not to be photographed, the Recreation Department will use photographs/videotapes for promotional purposes
A limited number of partial scholarships are available to Hamilton and Wenham residents only. Please contact the Recreation Department for more information.
All checks made payable to the Town of Hamilton. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are all accepted, however a convenience fee will be added upon checkout.
