Notary Services

Notary services are by appointment only.  Please note that the service is a courtesy, not a function of the Town Clerk’s Office, and at the discretion of the Notary.

The Clerk’s Office does not notarize:

• Legal Documents including wills, power of attorney, health care proxy, trusts or real estate documents. Banks and law offices should be contacted for those documents.

Documents must be signed in front of the Notary.

The person signing must provide identification.

We do not provide witnesses.
