The Town of Hamilton this week has released the 2024 Annual Report & FY 2026 Budget, now available online. For the first time the town has combined these two important local documents into one, in an effort to provide residents with a comprehensive overview of local government operations and financial planning.

This newly integrated document informs residents about the services funded by tax dollars and how Hamilton’s town government operations strive to uphold and enhance programs and services. Traditionally, annual reports and proposed budgets were produced separately, but the decision to merge them reflects a commitment to streamlining municipal operations and simplify the process for learning what your local government is up to.

By consolidating the two reports, Hamilton is optimizing the time required for staff, while reducing the costs of producing multiple publications annually. This initiative supports the town’s ongoing efforts to enhance transparency, sustainability, and fiscal responsibility.

Residents can access the 2024 Annual Report & FY 2026 Budget online to stay informed about the town’s financial planning and accomplishments. Printed copies may be made available by request at the Hamilton Town Hall, currently located at the Patton Homestead during renovations on Bay Rd.
