Hamilton Conservation Commission – Events
The Hamilton Conservation Commission is hosting several interactive programs this winter that highlight the importance and value of Hamilton’s wetland areas and the Commission’s role in working with residents to protect these resource areas in accordance with state and local laws.
Our first program will feature a video on vernal pools and a discussion of Hamilton’s own certified vernal pools. Commissioners will talk about their efforts to update the current town Conservation Bylaw for approval by voters at Town Meeting in April 2023.
This program will be offered twice to accommodate schedules, so please join us on one of the following dates (same content at each):
- Tuesday, January 31 from 6 to 8 PM at the Hamilton/Wenham Library, [room]
(Snow date on February 1, same time and location)
- Saturday, February 4 from 10 to 12 PM at the Hamilton/Wenham Library, [room]
(Snow date on February 11, same time and location)
Refreshments will be served
